01 What states do you service?
Our agency is licensed in Florida, Texas and Nebraska. We will be expanding our services to Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and California in mid-2026.
02 How do I request a certificate of insurance?
You have two options:
- Request one online through our Instant COI portal located at the top right of the website.
- Email our dedicated certificate department 24/7 at coi@musasinsurance.com .
03 How can I make a payment?
To make a payment on your policy, call us at (305) 428-2005 or refer to your policy documents for payment instructions.
To make a down payment for a commercial policy, use our secure online payment portal.
